We are looking forward to the year ahead as we gather people, share the vision of SHOP, and connect with old and new friends. What an awesome time to be alive and to be living in Saskatchewan as God is about to release us into our long awaited destiny. We so appreciate all that Christ is doing through His Body in the various locations and vocations and believe that He has positioned us for such a time as this. Our prayer is that many would get the vision of connecting across this province, taking responsibility and ownership for bringing change to the spiritual atmosphere and change into every area of influence.

One of our core values in SHOP is to let the Lord build the House, otherwise we labour in vain. I have been meditating on Psalm 106:13 But they hastily forgot His works; they did not earnestly wait for His plans to develop regarding them. (Amplified Bible) It is easier to run with the “vision” then walk with the Lord. Waiting is not a passive act but an earnest action that requires us to be awake, alert and ready to move when the Lord leads. There is something within our human nature that wants to be in charge and get credit for what is being done. The exchanged life, lays down that self nature for the Lord to develop His plans regarding our life and destiny. Waiting on the Lord is coming to that place where we experience His presence and become skilled in knowing and hearing His voice. Waiting on the Lord teaches us to cease from our labour and come into agreement with the Lord’s heart and ways, thus entering and living in His rest. We continue to be challenged to not run ahead but wait individually and corporately for the Spirit to direct and lead us.

Several times in prayer we felt it is now time to have gatherings in the cities, towns and communities in Saskatchewan. We have started and will continue to call the Body together to share our hearts and the journey we have been on for the last two years. Please watch for us to come to your location or if you feel you can gather people from various churches call us and we will come. We want to lay out a clear picture of the areas that you can be involved with and ways you can connect with the province. Most of all we want to encourage all manner of prayer, for the more we spend time with our Father the more like Him we will become and that is the ultimate goal.

Working for the fulfillment of Jesus’ prayer “that they may be one”,
